At LearnWP, we understand that there are times when you commit to a workshop and then Life gets in the way. That happens to all of us. So here’s our course refund policy for you busy small businesses, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs.
Workshop Registration Fees
Workshop registration fees are non-refundable.
To Reschedule
5 or more business days prior to workshop: You can transfer the full credit of your course tuition toward a future workshop.
Substitutions Permitted
Less than 10 business days prior to workshop: If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute to take your place. If someone other than the registered student will attend please let us know.
Workshop Postponement
If we need to postpone a course, we will give you as much advance notice as we can. If you’re unable to attend a course on the new date, we will credit you for a future course or give you a full refund. We will not be held liable for any other expenses incurred including, but not limited to, accommodation, travel or loss of earnings.
